I would love to revolutionize the greeting card industry, Mary Liz! It would be wonderful if people could think of their birthdays as an opportunity to grown younger as they let go of karmic baggage!

Happy Birthday Season, Melissa! I love your perspective of a ReBirthday!
You could revolutionize the birthday greeting card industry with this theme and help our culture shift from focusing on getting older and aging to being eternal! What a gift you are. Thank you.

Revered Melissa,
" Why you need sunlight" was a very interesting article to read.
I gaze at the rising morning sun everyday on the small hill top which is just near my house.
I will be sending you some articles on sun Gazing.
Thanks with regards,
Ram Karandikar

Dear Melissa, You are spot on about sunlight.A Korean healer told me years ago that the under exposure to the sun is a greater health threat than over exposue and that skin cancer actually orginates from within like other cancers. Perhaps this explains the low incidences of skin cancer among those in professions like farmers and conmmercial fishermnen.I was born under the leo sign and love to sit quietly under the suns healing rays.I think I would tank very quickly if I worked under flourescent light all day.Thank you your informative post

Hi Melissa,

Your post is soooo timely for me. :)

I went to the Doctor yesterday due to being sick with Bronchitis and I found out while I was there that I'm vitamin D deficient. Yeah, haven't been spending enough time outside in the sun lately, and yes now that you mention it, I can tell the difference.

I'll have to go out later today and get me some sun. :)

Great post.

You are absolutely right, Melissa! Even in our culture, which values entrepreneurship, it seems that doing anything too differently is sometimes deemed threatening. In particular, as you wrote, when we sleep more than 8 hours or keep a different sleep/work schedule than others. Sometimes it seems more about logging hours at work than actual productivity. Thank you for reinforcing and valuing the need for rest and not viewing it as laziness, but rather vital to a whole, healthy life.
