ATTRACTING KINDNESS

How can we attract more kindness in our lives? The energy we put out is the energy we get back. Kindess can be expressed through our thoughts, words, and actions. The more we make an effort to have positive intentions behind these aspects of our self-expression, the more power we have to attract love. Follow these tips, and you’ll reap many rewards.

1. Pay attention to the motivation behind your thoughts, words, and actions. Ask yourself, what is your intention? Is it to be kind or cause suffering? Any desire to create suffering is the manifestation of a wound that is calling for healing.

2. Do kind things for others on a daily basis. Some can even be done anonymously.

3. Practice kindness toward yourself. If you notice a self-critical thought or comment, say “Cancel, cancel” immediately.

4. Be kind to animals, plants, and the environment. Bless the food you eat, and treat the Earth as a living being.

5. Say the affirmation “I am kind and loving to myself and others” for 21 days.
